Thank you for choosing our service. Below you will find our cancellation, return, and refund policies:
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as the goods have not yet been shipped or produced. If your cancellation is successful, we will refund you the full amount. Please note that cancellation is no longer possible once the goods have been shipped.
Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. For returns and exchanges not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it can take some time for the refund to be processed. Then contact your bank. If the problem persists, please contact us at service@mail.wdesrmk.com.
