Credit Card Payments

From the end of January 2025, "3D Secure authentication" will be mandatory for credit card transactions. During payment, you may be required to enter an ID and password issued by your card issuer. Important: Please direct any questions regarding authentication to your financial institution. We cannot provide support for login information.

Usage Guidelines

• Select card type and enter card number/expiration date at checkout.

• Your card issuer may require additional verification.

• Saved cards (used within the last 6 months) do not need to be re-entered.

• Card details are stored for 6 months from the last use.

Availability is subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned goods. If the refund processing overlaps with a scheduled payment:

The payment may be debited first.

The refund/credit will be processed in the next billing cycle.

Note: wdesrm.com does not charge interest on refund amounts unless required by law.
