Refunds
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product for defects or shipping errors before use. Should you require a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be considered.
Returns & Refunds
For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 24 hours of approval.
Refund Timeframe
Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund amount to be credited varies depending on the payment method and financial institution: Credit/Debit Cards: 1–15 business days
Expired Payment Cards
For security reasons, refunds will only be credited to the original payment card. If your original card has expired: Contact your card issuer (bank/financial institution) – they will facilitate the payment allocation.
Differences in Refund Amounts
Discrepancies may occur due to the following:
· Bank processing fees
· Exchange rate fluctuations between the payment and refund dates
· Installment payment fees (if applicable)
· Refunds are based on the amount actually paid (not the list price)

Original shipping and insurance premiums are non-refundable.
